A Person

A person that I impressed a lot is Steve Jobs who was the chairman and CEO of Apple Inc.

Here are 25 quotes from him that inspiring me a lot..

Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.
I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.
When you’re a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you’re not going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the wall and nobody will see it. You’ll know it’s there, so you’re going to use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night, the aesthetic, the quality, has to be carried all the way through.
Things don’t have to change the world to be important.
If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.
No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.
Details matter, it’s worth waiting to get it right.
That’s been one of my mantras — focus and simplicity. Simple can be harde
r than complex. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.
If you don’t love something, you’re not going to go the extra mile, work the extra weekend, challenge the status quo as much.
You’ve baked a really lovely cake, but then you’ve used dog shit for frosting.
The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again — less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.
Sometimes life is going to hit you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith.
If you keep your eye on the profit, you’re going to skimp on the product. But if you focus on making really great products, then the profits will follow.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
I’m convinced that about half of what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance.
Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do.
We’re here to put a dent in the universe. Otherwise why else even be here?
But innovation comes from people meeting up in the hallways or calling each other at 10:30 at night with a new idea, or because they realized something that shoots holes in how we’ve been thinking about a problem.
If you really look closely, most overnight successes took a long time.
Let’s go invent tomorrow instead of worrying about what happened yesterday.
Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while.
Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.
Here’s to the crazy ones — the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things. They push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.
Stay hungry. Stay foolish.

The importance of fruits and vegetables in diet

For years you’ve been hearing that it’s important to increase your intake of fruits andvegetables. But, did you know why?
While there are so many reasons to include these nutritional powerhouses into your daily diet, (starting with the idea that they’re so accessible and portable), here are a few other reasons worth mentioning.

As a nation, we’re heavier than ever.

The rise in obesity is at an all time high and it’s largely the result of being overfed and undernourished coupled with a sedentary lifestyle. Instead of choosing low calorie, low fat and high quality foods, many of us are eating nutrient void, calorically dense “sub-foods” which are loaded with fat, sugar, calories and chemicals. These foods do little to fuel and support us while causing us to gain weight at rapid speed. What’s the solution? A whole foods, plant based, nutrient rich diet with quality protein sources as well.

Fruits and vegetables also protect your health.

These healthy foods contain essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that help protect you from chronic diseases, which can be painful, debilitating and even fatal in some cases. Fruits and vegetables have been shown to help protect against heart disease, stroke, certain types of cancer, gastrointestinal issues, high blood pressure, eye disease and more.

Eating fruit and vegetables boosts your immune system.

Your immune system is like an internal army. When it’s strong, it protects its border against invasion. When it’s weak it’s as if the army is fast asleep. A weakened immune system increases the incidence of virus and bacterial invasion, issues such as skin disorders, delayed wound healing, upper respiratory infections, aging and chronic illness. Eating more fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet is an important key to help boost immune health.

Fruits and vegetables keep your full for longer.

The fiber coming from many fruits and vegetables helps to fill us up without the filling us out. Also, we want to see a plate that’s full and when it’s filled with unhealthy choices, the calories add up quickly. Adding bulk to our plate in the form of a salad, cooked vegetables and more gives us the satisfaction of having more and feeling satisfied without the downside of eating too much of foods that don’t provide us with the nutrients we need.

Fruits and vegetables boost your confidence!

How? Empty calories coming from refined carbohydrates increase our appetite and desire for foods high in sugar. For many of us, these cravings are so strong we can feel powerless as we spend years, often decades struggling with binge, emotional and disordered eating. This cycle is not only harmful to our health and our waistlines, but is damaging to our mental and emotional health as well.

Part of a treatment plan.

Eating fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet can be part of an alternative and complementary treatment against symptoms, illness, conditions and even disease. Imagine the benefits of treatment coming from the vital nutrients within certain fruits and vegetables without the harsh and painful side effects of certain medications!

More energy.

Nothing gives you lasting energy more than a healthy diet along with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. With lasting energy, everything you do and set out to achieve can be done in a bigger, better and bolder way!
Take note ya.It maybe useful for you all :)

Appreciation

The definition of appreciation is the recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something.

Let me share a story about the appreciation. This is a powerful message in our modern society .We seemed to have lost our bearing and our sense of direction.

One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company.

He passed the first interview, the director did the last interview, made the last decision.

The director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research, never had a year when he did not score.

The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "none".

The director asked, " Was it your father who paid for your school fees?" The youth answered, "My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.

The director asked, " Where did your mother work?" The youth answered, "My mother worked as clothes cleaner. The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.

The director asked, " Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?" The youth answered, "Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Furthermore, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.

The director said, "I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.*

The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the kid.

The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water.

This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation, academic excellence and his future.

After finishing the cleaning of his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the youth went to the director's office.

The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, asked: " Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The youth answered, " I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'

The Director asked, " please tell me your feelings."

The youth said, Number 1, I know now what is appreciation. Without my mother, there would not the successful me today. Number 2, by working together and helping my mother, only I now realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done. Number 3, I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship.

The director said, " This is what I am looking for to be my manager.
I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired.

Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously.
A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop "entitlement mentality" and would always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others. For this kind of people, who may be good academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement. He will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying the kid instead?*

You can let your kid live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learns how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learns the ability to work with others to get things done.

So please be appreciate all the time. The things you have may be others dont.

Disney Frozen

Last Saturday I went to cinema to watch the Disney Frozen. It's a nice movie indeed.Since young,I love disney so much such like Cinderella, sleeping beauty,Winnie The Pooh,Mickey Mouse and so on.
And now let me introduce the story of the Disney Frozen.

Elsa, young princess of Arendelle, possesses the ability to create ice and snow. One night while playing, she accidentally freezes her younger sister Anna with her powers. The king and queen seek help from trolls, who heal Anna and remove her memories of her sister's magic. Their leader, Grand Pabbie (Ciarán Hinds), informs them that if Elsa had struck Anna's heart it would have been fatal. In order to protect Elsa and avoid her powers endangering anyone else, the royal family lock themselves away in their castle. Elsa, afraid of hurting Anna again, spends most of her time hiding in her room, creating a rift between the two sisters as they grow up. Years later, their parents are killed at sea during a storm.
Three years after the death of the king and queen, dignitaries from all over the world flock to Arendelle to see Elsa's (Idina Menzel) summer coronation. Among them is the Duke of Weselton (Alan Tudyk), a neighboring royal who wants to exploit Arendelle for profit. Anna (Kristen Bell) is excited that the castle gates will open and she'll finally get to meet people. While strolling through the streets, she meets Prince Hans (Santino Fontana) of the Southern Isles, and the pair quickly fall in love. Though Elsa is terrified of revealing her powers, the coronation goes off without incident. During the reception, Hans proposes to Anna, who accepts. Elsa, however, refuses to grant her blessing, setting off an argument that culminates in her abilities being exposed to everyone. The Duke orders his men to capture her.
Panicking, Elsa flees to the North Mountain, inadvertently unleashing an eternal winter on the kingdom in the process. After coming to terms with her secret being out, she rejoices that she no longer has to be afraid of her powers, building herself an ice palace and unknowingly bringing to life her childhood snowman Olaf (Josh Gad). The following morning, Anna sets out in search of Elsa, determined to return her to Arendelle, end the winter, and mend their relationship. While getting supplies at Oaken's (Chris Williams) Trading Post, Anna meets ice trader Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and his reindeer, Sven, and convinces him to guide her to the North Mountain. After an attack from wolves, the pair meet Olaf, who leads the group to Elsa's ice palace.
Once there, Anna attempts to persuade her sister to return to the kingdom. Elsa refuses however, still afraid of hurting people and happy with her newfound freedom. As Anna persists, Elsa becomes agitated and accidentally strikes her in the heart, freezing it. In desperation to get her sister to leave, Elsa creates a giant snow monster (nicknamed "Marshmallow" by Olaf) that throws them out. After they outrun it, Kristoff notices Anna's hair turning white, and decides to take her back to his adoptive family of trolls. Grand Pabbie reveals that only "an act of true love" can thaw a frozen heart. Kristoff races back to Arendelle to get Anna to Hans, believing true love's kiss will save her.
Meanwhile, Hans, having gone in search of Anna with the Duke's men and royal guards, arrives at Elsa's palace. They defeat Marshmallow and attempt to kill Elsa, thinking it'll end the winter, but she subdues them. Hans brings Elsa back to the kingdom, where she is imprisoned. He pleads with her to undo the winter curse, but she admits she doesn't know how. Kristoff arrives with Anna, who begs Hans to kiss her and break the spell before she freezes entirely. Hans refuses, revealing he only pretended to love her so he could get to Arendelle's throne. Leaving Anna to die, he goes after Elsa, framing her for her sister's apparent death.
Elsa escapes from prison and heads out into the blizzard on the fjord. Olaf comes to Anna's rescue and reveals Kristoff is in love with her. The two travel out onto the fjord to find him. Hans cuts Elsa off and tells her Anna is dead because of her powers. In Elsa's despair the storm stops, giving Kristoff and Anna a chance to reach each other. But seeing that Hans is about to kill Elsa, Anna throws herself between the two and subsequently freezes solid, blocking the blow. Anna begins to thaw: her choice to sacrifice herself to save her sister counts as an act of true love.
Elsa realizes love is the key to controlling her powers and thaws the kingdom, while maintaining a personal microclimate for Olaf to prevent him from melting. Hans is sent back to his own kingdom in chains to be punished by his brothers, and Elsa cuts off trade with Weselton. Anna and Kristoff share a kiss. Elsa promises to never close the castle gates again and reconciles with Anna, and everyone celebrates.
